A contract will be signed between the host office(s) and Mountain West Surgery and Sedation. Mountain West will provide doctors as independent contractors to fulfill the surgical need of the office. This contract lays out the structure of our partnership and the responsibilities that each party is responsible for. This contract will have an effective date but no designated termination. The host office always retains their autonomy to terminate our relationship.

Our team takes pride in seamlessly integrating with your offices workflow. We will ensure our team is equipped to work within your walls, whether that be your scheduling software, prescription protocol, or physical office space. Together will determine the most appropriate timeframe to optimize the utilization of any unused operatories.

Depending on how our team can best serve your office, we will credential our doctors as needed. Our team has seen it all, we have offices that work completely out of network, offices that run a Medicaid first model, and offices that have us credential with all major insurance carriers. Our team handles a major portion of this process, but will help your front office navigate their responsibilities as well.

Once the framework to our partnership is in place, we will provide a training session for the front office, dental assistants, and host doctors. This gives the entire team a strong grasp on their responsibilities and helps alleviate the stressors of a new team in their office. We will discuss and review everything from coding, workflow, consents, referring, and post-op care.
